The last time that you hosted the Christmas piano recital was three years ago. Although they may not be quite as common or visible, many home owners also make significant upgrades to their bathrooms. Even more so than a kitchen, bathroom additions offer an average of ROI of 86.4%. Accounting for 78% of renovations, at least resource, a National Association of Home Builders survey indicates that bathroom remodeling is the job most requested in America. And while there are many changes that people make, 90% of home owners are changing the style of the master bathroom during an upgrade.
